Scott Silver created Midwest Sales and Marketing in 1997 to represent companies looking to expand sales in the Midwest and Southeast regions. He has partnered strategically with companies that do business with a variety of sectors and industries, to include manufacturing, education, healthcare and industrial. His experience with these industries over the last 30 years has lead to a significant increase in sales for his principals. At this juncture, Midwest Sales and Marketing has grown to a multi-person operation including marketing and engineering staff members to benefit signed principals to the fullest potential.

image2 Joining MSM in 2009, Larry Hufford has spent the previous 32 years working in Construction, Real Estate and Business Development. Specifically his expertise in project management and oversight provides an asset to the MSM Team effort. His work with individuals, businesses and other corporate entities has enabled him to branch out into other sectors and he will be focusing on providing solutions through MSM in the Upper Midwest.

Steve Hurst has spent 15 years conducting business with various government agencies at the state and local level in addition to extending his assistance with community lead initiatives and development projects. Mr. Hurst joined Midwest Sales and Marketing in 2006 and handles territory sales for the upper Midwest as well as the government sector.

image5 Larry Nichols has spent 30 years in the Medical Supply industry and has experience with product lines ranging from consumables to specialty equipment through Cardinal Health, Kontron and Hoffman La Roche. Mr. Nichols is currently partnered with Harper Medical to promote flexible and rigid scope repair, refurbished equipment and all patient monitoring repairs from hospitals, clinics and out patient surgery centers.
Tony Oravec has 7 successful years in sales providing solution base software, technology, training and products to his customers. Prior to Sales, Mr. Oravec has 15 years of Mechanical Engineering and IT Administration experience with several US patents. Building on these strengths, Mr. Oravec will be focusing on the Southeast Region for MSM.
Jo Ellen Schneider has spent 10 years specializing in contact management and customer service in industries that include Manufacturing, Health Care, Information Technology and Resource Development for Non-Profit and Education sectors. Responsibilities included Vendor Management and Contract Administration. Ms. Schneider joined Midwest Sales and Marketing in 2005. She assists with lead development and new customer generation as well as continued customer support for the southeast region.
